上学的时候常常学到一些法律的知识，后来我自己看了一些成文法，习惯法和衡平法的历史和知识，书看起来才没有那么辛苦.在Real Estate & Business Brokers Act,2002中 Code of Ethics，大家看看这几条：
3. A registrant shall treat every person the registrant deals with in the course of a trade in real fairly, honestly and with integrity.
4. A registrant shall promote and protest the best interest of the registrant’s clients.
5. A registrant shall provide conscientious service to the registrant’s clients and customers and shall demonstrate reasonable knowledge, skill, judgment and competence in providing those services.
看看这些条例觉得更像是道德标准而不是Code，看看现在混乱的市场有多少人在遵守着这些条例.真正的问题是，当自己的利益和客户、市场的利益相左的时候，有多少人还在坚持着所谓的专业行为.那些谦谦君子总是誓言旦旦地说自己如何如何，这般这般，那样那样，但事实是，有多少事情只能在桌下谈而非桌上，或许，that is real business.
